EeVe Stever
Biography Late one afternoon in September, 1992, EeVe Diane-Lee Stever, arrived early for one of the few times in her life. EeVe was followed by twin brothers and was raised in Bathurst NB. EeVe attended both french and english schools rather liberally as a child and is completely bilingual.
EeVe currently attends University de Moncton, studying Science.
EeVe�s interest in music was evident early on in her life, when she could easily sing along with the pop songs of the day often being mistaken for the radio by family and friends. She was quickly referred to music lessons by music teachers in Elementary school, then participated in school bands and variety shows singing and playing the flute.
EeVe�s first break came at the age of 12 when she was crowned festival idol in front of a large (1000+) hometown crowd with her renditions of Somebody(Reba), Fancy(Reba) & Broken Wing(Martina McBride)
Later that same year, EeVe took top honors in an online contest, called Canadian Idol Eh!, EeVe was both times, the youngest contestant and the winner of the competition. EeVe continues with School bands and music lessons.
Later EeVe is identified as a student of music to watch by the NB music festival association. EeVe takes home top honors in all her respective categories as well as a scholarship for her first song composition.
EeVe continues to sing locally for various holiday and charity events as well as numerous school functions.
In 2006 and 2007 EeVe, participates in the Maritime Idol series and performs at many venues around NB, finally taking home top honors once again, with the title of Maritime Idol 2007.
This brings EeVe to her first in studio experience, where EeVe records a six song demo under the direction of Denis Roy at Studio 748 in Rogersville NB.
In 2008, two songs from her yet to be completed debut album get airplay on NB radio, WJFN Long Island NY and INDIE104 Los Angelos. 'If you'd walk my way' reaches the number one most requested song on INDIE104 Los Angelos.
Later that same year, EeVe makes her first appearance on The East Coast Music discovery stage.
AT year end 2008 EeVe's first single reaches #18 on INDEPENDENT MUSIC NETWORK radio charts in LOS ANGELOS.
In 2009 EeVe released another on Indie Radio called "If tears could build a stairway" it reaches #9 on Independent Music Charts on week one.
EeVe graduated with honors in June of 2010 and has recently completed her first year University at Universit� de Moncton in Science and is now working on her first professionally produced album with Producer Paul Milner as welle as performing live at various venues around NB.
